海に入る30分以上前に乾いた肌にたっぷりと白くなるくらい塗ってよく乾かします。
汗をかいていたり海に入る直前だと効果が薄くなるようです。耳の後ろとか首とラッシュや水着の境い目にしっかり塗ってなくて刺されたことがありますので、塗り残しの無いように！
