SEAKONG was established in 1998 as a longboard specialty store in TOKYO.
We sell popular California brands such as DEWEY WEBER, HARBOUR, GATO HEROI, CREME, DANO, ELMORE, BMT, SURF A BILLY, UNHINGED, MADRUGADA TABLAS, NICK MELANSON, etc. at prices only possible as an authorized import agent in Japan.
We also support your surfing life with a wide selection of used boards and other items.

【The procedure is as follows.】


We recommend you carefully check your item details, conditions, and shipping information before ordering.
Also, please request an estimate of shipping costs to your residence.

Step2:Order confirmation
If you place your order before the shipping estimate, an automatic reply mail will be sent to you. However, please note that the shipping charges mentioned in the mail are only applied for delivery in Japan.
You will receive the order confirmation mail showing the total shopping amount due (including all the international shipping charges) from our shop.

Step3:Reply of Confirmation & Payment
After we receive your confirmation mail on the total amount due, we will guide you to the payment page.
We process your order within 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded) after payment. After our delivery is completed, we will advise you of the tracking number by e-mail.

When you receive your ordered items, you are responsible for payment of all the customs-related charges(customs clearance fees, duties, taxes, etc.) set by each country.
Please pay directly to the delivery company by the recipient at the time of delivery.
The policies on these costs vary in each country. For enquiries, you may want to check with your local customs for an estimate of the costs that may be charged to you.

[In case of damages]
You may find the damaged outer box because of inspection by customs. But please check the contents.
In case of receiving damaged or broken items, please contact Seakong as soon as possible.

Orders & Payments


・How can I order?
To order surfboards from SEAKONG, purchase them from our website by using the “add to cart” button and then filling out the form.

・Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, we can't make changes to your order after it's placed. Therefore, we recommend you carefully check your item details, conditions, and shipping information before ordering.

・Can I cancel my order or change it before it ships?
We want you to get your items as soon as possible, and so we process orders as soon as we receive them. Unfortunately, that also means we can't make any changes after your order is placed. This includes canceling your entire order (or part of it), changing the address, changing the shipping method, and adding, replacing, or removing items from your order.

・What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, orders through this site can be shipped worldwide. Needs to confirm shipping rate each time.

・What payment methods can I use?
We accept the following payment methods:

※Once you place your order, we'll place an authorization hold for the order amount. This means its cost will be set aside on your card. However, your card will not be billed until your order ships.

・Will there be any additional duties and taxes?
We only charge you for packing and shipping costs to your residence. After arrival, customs duties, consumption taxes, and other charges may apply. Those amounts vary by country.

Unfortunately, not the following items are available for shipping internationally outside Japan.

・How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number, once the items are processed and getting ready to leave the store. Please allow Shipping Company 24 hours to process into their system, for an estimated delivery date.

・Packing Material and Packing Form
We bubble-wrap your boards and put them in large shipping boxes. ※Packing cost is included in the shipping cost.

・When will my item ship?
Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). Shipping Company does not pick up or deliver packages on Sundays or Holidays. All orders are sent with tracking numbers for delivery confirmation. Most orders arrive within one week at your residence.




・What is your return policy?
Basically, used boards cannot be returned or refunded for their condition.
Therefore, we recommend you carefully check your item details, conditions, and shipping information before ordering.

Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges or handling charges.

If you return the item for unavoidable reasons and you are returning an item and prefer a refund, we can issue a refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help. Simply inform us within 7 days of receipt that you wish to start a return.

In order to receive a refund, all items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging.

・How do I return my item?
To return an item(s) you will need to post your return, using your preferred international shipping courier, to the address below:

We recommend sending your items back using an insured and trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number. Unfortunately, SEAKONG won't be responsible for lost returns or the cost of your return shipping.

To get things started, please send us a return request here by e-mail. You'll need to include your order number, the name of your item(s), and your reason for return.

・How long do I have to return?
You've got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time.
